Oh, of course, after I spent the money I was going to use to buy the figures...

...fortunately Hasbro Pulse doesn't charge for preorders until they ship, so I went ahead and preordered anyway.

This is the usual standard procedure. The 2 batches that sold out are the already made units from sdcc. The listing up there now is the made to order batch. They usually do this. Hopefully theyll do the same for the Legends 3-pack and the Episode 3 Star Wars set. It will all show up at bbts and/or Disney Store a year from now so patience is what is needed now.

I'm rather disappointed I couldn't get the Cold Slither figures. At least I preordered the T-Shirt & CD bundle before they sold out of my size. Wore the shirt yesterday, and been listening to the CD all week.

I feel the same way, but I had a strong sense that this set would be a significant pain to get because of the content and theme. I took a chance and grabbed a premium membership. If I had never received the set, I could have canceled it since I hadn't used it until now. I don't order much from Hasbro Pulse, so let's hope it pays off over the year.

I posted that at 4:45 Eastern time. I noticed that fifteen minutes later it was sold out again. It was up for 90 minutes or so, which, while not great, is still a lot better than the single minute it lasted last week or the two minutes it lasted earlier today. There was also a little while where non-premium members were getting around the premium members only thing. As much as I hate the idea of paying for the privilege to have a chance at buying something, I was finally talked into getting a Premium Membership this year, and I have not regretted it.
