Mattel Masters of the Universe Origins Snake Lair Crowdfund Has Launched

The Masters of the Universe Snake Lair is the fortress of Lady Slither and home base for the Snake Men. It was first featured in Classics Mini Comic #5, “He-Man vs. Skeletor! Their Final Battle!” but was never created in toy form. Now, you have the chance to bring it to life! The MOTU community voted it Eternia’s Choice, and we’ve incorporated fan feedback to shape the design. It’ll feature a throne room for Lady Slither, with a serpentine design exactly to her liking. Unwelcome visitors will be greeted with blasters, snatched up in capture devices, and placed into the iron maiden or snake shackles. No villain is complete without an evil steed, this set also features Lady Slither’s two-headed serpentine steed Chimera. This is your one and only chance, fund all the tiers and restore Lady Slither’s stronghold to its Preternian glory! You can back it now for $300.00 on the MattelCreations website.

Likewise. I think Hasbro have consistently underestimated the crossover appeal of Jem. They could easily put out some 6 inch scale action figures that would do better than I think anyone considers likely...

Not much time left for those dreams to come true with the McFarlane license, but my fingers are also crossed for them - for entirely altruistic purposes and not just because I want them for my own collection!

The Batman Returns figures are well-done, but I don't like the cheap looking cloth coat for Penguin. Did he lose his top hat? I am hearing there may be multiple head sculpts for each character, like Batman & Catwoman with torn masks revealing their entire faces, Penguin spewing black goo, & cooked head Max. Interesting if true. It might justify the high price per figure that have been rumored.

I wonder if we'll ever get a Batman '89 Joker? Batman & Robin Bane? Batman Begins/TDKR Ra's al Ghul?

Finally got to see all of this thread here, it kept Crashing, and most of these pictures just won't load, so I can't see anything so from what I could peice together, for lines that I buy for

anyways...

G.I. Joe Classified.

Steeler & Short Fuse - might be one of the first things that I actually need technically for my collection, I out right pass on, these two are insanely drab and boring.

Ghost Viper & Dire Wolf - Amazing, must haves

Don't care about anything Steel Corps anymore, I've had enough of that.

Night-Viper and Globulus are sounding good. The other pipeline figures are pretty uninteresting IMO

MOTU Origins

Snake Lair, love it, would back it but, I'm sorry 510 Canadian is a hard pass for me, I just can't see how this is worth it's asking price even in USD 300? no, but 500 in Canada, You can keep it.

The only thing I'm going to be actually sad not to have in my collection is Priest Pythonus

Stingor looks extremely cool, but who is he? anyways he's a must have

Biggest thing I'm excited about is Finally Origins Dragstor! need it.

She-Ra & Swift Wind, are tempting, but I really only want a Swift Wind, let's see how I feel when it goes up in September?

MOTUxThundercats wave 3, Looks like two duds and an awesome Panthor, why are they doing Lion-O and Panthro again, when they both already were in wave 1 and 2? how boring.

Street Fighter

Happy to see basically all of the Street Fighter figures I need to complete this line are coming fairly soon, Balrog, E-Honda, Zangief, T. Hawk & Akuma. Once I get those guys, I'm done with it.
